DAL HALWA
INGREDIENTS:
- Moong dhal : 300gm
- Ghee : 50 ml
- Cardamom : 5gms
- Pista : 50gm
- Raisin : 20gms
- Milk : 100ml
- Water : 200ml
- Sugar : 150gms
- Saffron : 3gms
METHOD:
- Soak the moong dhal in water 20minutes.
- Add soak moong dhal and water together pressure cook it
- Take ghee in a kadai cardamom and pour moong dhal into it
- Saute moong dhal to make thick liquid put saffron mix it well
- Add all the nuts mix it well then serve it.
