DAL HALWA




INGREDIENTS:                 

  • Moong dhal :  300gm
  • Ghee :   50 ml
  • Cardamom :   5gms
  • Pista :  50gm
  • Raisin :  20gms
  •  Milk :  100ml
  • Water           :  200ml
  • Sugar :  150gms
  • Saffron         :   3gms


METHOD:                                                               

  1. Soak the moong dhal in water 20minutes.
  2. Add soak moong dhal and water together pressure cook it
  3. Take ghee in a kadai  cardamom and pour moong dhal into it
  4. Saute moong dhal to make thick liquid put saffron mix it well
  5. Add all the nuts mix it well then serve it.
