Marshmallows


INGREDIENTS :
  • POWDER SUGAR - 1 / 2 CUP 
  • CORN FLOUR - 1 / 4 CUP 
  • GELATINE - 2 TBSP 
  • HOT WATER - 1 / 2 CUP 
  • SUGAR - 1 CUP 
  • WATER - 1 / 2 CUP 
  • VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 TBSP 
  • ANY FOOD COLOR
METHOD :
  1. Take the mixing bowl add  POWDER SUGAR ,CORN FLOUR  mix it.
  2. Take hot water add 2 TBSP gelatin leave it for 10 minutes
  3. Now take a pan add 1/2 cup of water and one cup of sugar stir continuously Boil until it becomes thick
  4. Now stir gelatin and add to sugar syrup and boil until It forms a thread when spatula is lifted.
  5. Now remove from fire and this mixture to oven safe glass bowl or steel bowl leave it for 2 minutes then start beating with electric beater
  6. Beat it till it changes into white color and thick Now add essence and color beat it till it comes ribbon consistency 
  7. Now pour this mixture into prepared plain tin ( According to your idea)and leave it for over night
  8. Now dip sprinkle some flour mixture on top then dip knife in corn flour and cut into pieces. Make sure every time you have to dip knife in corn flour while cutting into pieces to avoid sticking
