SEA FOOD RICE
Ingredients:
Sea Food Mix
- Oil : 30ml
- Chopped Onion : 75gm
- Garlic : 10gm
- Assorted Bell Pepper diced : 100gm
- Cumin powder : 5gm
- Assorted Sea Food : 300gm
- Salt : 20gm
- Pepper : 10gm
Rice Preparation
Oil : 70ml
Onion : 100gm
Garlic : 20gm
Rice : 350gm
Stock Water : 1.5 ltr
Salt : 30gm
Method:
- Place sea food, onion, pepper corns, garlic and bay leaf in vessel.
- Add water and bring to boil.
- When seafood get cook remove from fire and remove the sea food from stock.
- Wash the rice and soak it and keep it aside.
- Heat oil and add color Peppers Sauté and keep it a side.
- Heat a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil.
- And add onions and chopped garlic and sweat it.
- Add stock water bring to boil.
- Add rice, Bring to boil when water get reduced. Place all the boiled seafood and peppers on the top and keep a lid on top and dum for 20mins.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
