SEA FOOD RICE


Ingredients:

Sea Food Mix 

  • Oil                   : 30ml
  • Chopped Onion               : 75gm
  • Garlic : 10gm
  • Assorted Bell Pepper diced : 100gm
  • Cumin powder : 5gm
  • Assorted Sea Food : 300gm
  • Salt : 20gm
  • Pepper        : 10gm

Rice Preparation
Oil            :  70ml
Onion  :  100gm
Garlic  :  20gm
Rice  :  350gm
Stock Water  :  1.5 ltr
Salt  :  30gm

Method:

  1. Place sea food, onion, pepper corns, garlic and bay leaf in vessel.
  2. Add water and bring to boil.
  3. When seafood get cook remove from fire and remove the sea food from stock.
  4. Wash the rice and soak it and keep it aside.
  5. Heat oil and add color Peppers Sauté and keep it a side.
  6. Heat a heavy bottomed vessel and add oil.
  7. And add onions and chopped garlic and sweat it. 
  8. Add stock water bring to boil.
  9. Add rice, Bring to boil when water get reduced. Place all the boiled seafood and peppers on the top and keep a lid on top and dum for 20mins.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot.
